What we embroider

Clothing embroidery for companies, brands and trades, on our own garments or on garments you supply.

  • Corporate embroidery and staff clothing

Corporate embroidery is the bulk of what we run. Company logos on golf shirts, hoodies and jackets for staff, teams and uniforms, and the job embroidery suits better than any other method.

  • Clothing brands

Embroidered chest marks and sleeve hits, the details that make a blank read as your own brand rather than a decorated garment.

  • Workwear and trades

Stitching outlasts printing on garments that get worn hard and washed often, which is why workwear is embroidered rather than printed.

Garments we embroider

Stitching needs a fabric stable enough to hold a needle. These hold it well, and we stock them all.

Embroidery questions

Digitising, minimums, turnaround and artwork.

Your logo has to be converted into a stitch file before a machine can run it, and that conversion is called digitising, or digitizing in US spelling. It is a one-off cost per logo. Once the file exists, every reorder runs from it at no further setup cost. We cover it properly in what embroidery digitising is.

Yes. We embroider garments you send us, or our own stock if you would rather buy and brand in one order. The same proof and quality checks apply either way.

No fixed minimum. Samples are accepted from a single unit and small runs are welcome. Larger runs are quoted once we know the garment, placement and quantity.

Embroidery is quoted per job rather than sold at a list price, because the cost moves with four things: the garment, how complex the logo is, how many placements it goes on, and the quantity. A one-off digitising cost applies the first time a logo is set up, then never again on reorders.

Send us the artwork, the garment and roughly how many you need, and you will get a written quote back. Most enquiries are quoted the same day.

Golf shirts, hoodies, sweaters, jackets and workwear all take a stitch well. Very thin or very stretchy fabric moves under the needle and needs the file adjusted for it. We warehouse the garments we decorate and know how each of our fabrics behaves under a needle.

If a design can be stitched, we will stitch it. Send vector where you have it (.ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg), and a high resolution PNG is fine otherwise.

What matters more than the file is the design itself. Thread is thicker than ink, so very fine lines, text below roughly 5mm and photographic detail will not hold on fabric no matter who stitches them. Where a logo needs simplifying to come out clean, we tell you upfront and show you a mock-up first, rather than taking the job and handing back something that disappoints. If embroidery genuinely is not the right method for your artwork, we will say so and point you at printing instead.

Embroidery for logos on garments people wear for years. Printing for full colour artwork, photographs and large graphics. Most staff orders use both. See embroidery vs DTF printing.

Yes. We are based in Glen Anil, Durban, and deliver embroidered garments throughout South Africa. Nothing waits on an import lead time because the stock is already here.

Send us your logo and we will tell you how it will stitch.
