Embroidery

Stitched, textured and built to last. Suits logos, wordmarks and small graphics, anywhere you want a premium finish that reads as considered rather than printed. Digitised and stitched in house on garments we warehouse ourselves, so placement and thread tension are matched to the fabric before a needle touches it.

Best for: chest marks, sleeves, corporate and team wear
Handles: solid shapes and text, not photographic detail

Checked before it ships

Every run is inspected for placement, colour and finish before it leaves the floor.

Consistent across the run

Unit five hundred matches unit one, same position, same colour, same finish.

We know our own fabric

The garments are our own and we decorate them, so we know how each fabric takes ink and thread.

Proof before production

Nothing is decorated until you've seen a mock-up and approved it in writing.

Plain garment in, finished piece out.

Drag to see the same hoodie before and after a full back print.

Custom printing and embroidery that holds up.

A print that cracks after three washes, or a logo stitched two centimetres off centre, costs more than it saved. Every clothing printing and embroidery job runs to a written spec and is checked against it.

  • Quality assurance on every run

Placement measured, colour matched against the approved proof, and finish inspected before packing. Faults are caught here, not by your customer.

  • Garment and decoration together

The garments we decorate are our own, warehoused in Durban. When a fabric behaves differently under heat or needle, we already know, and we tell you before the run, not after.

  • Built to survive washing

Prints and stitching specified for the fabric they're going onto, so the finish still looks right after a season of wear.

Garments we print and embroider

Custom hoodie printing, embroidered golf shirts, t-shirts, sweaters, jackets and workwear, our own garments, ready to decorate.

Before you ask

Common questions about custom printing, embroidery and lead times.

Yes. Full back and full front prints are routine, up to a printable width of 580mm. Large graphics are usually DTF, which handles photographic detail and gradients embroidery can't.

Yes. We print and embroider on garments you supply, or on our own stock if you would rather buy and brand in one order. Either way, the same proof and quality checks apply before anything goes into production.

Yes, and most brand work does. An embroidered chest mark with a printed back, or a printed front with an embroidered sleeve. Each placement is quoted separately.

There is no fixed minimum for embroidery or printing. Samples and small runs are welcome from a single unit, and larger runs are quoted once we know the garment, placement and quantity.

Always. You get a mock-up showing placement and size on the actual garment and colour, and nothing goes into production until you approve it in writing.

Vector is best — .ai, .eps, .pdf or .svg. High-resolution .png works for printing. For a full back print we need genuine resolution at that size; send what you have and we'll tell you honestly whether it'll hold up.

Prints and stitching are specified for the fabric they're going onto. Wash and care guidance is supplied with every order.

New and irregular customers pay before production. Regular account customers can arrange deferred terms.

Send us the artwork and we'll tell you what it'll take.
